Terms & Conditions

ORDERING

​

  • You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of the checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.

  • Our acceptance of an order takes place when the order is despatched to you. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order, the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately.

  • We may refuse to accept an order:

    • where goods are not available

    • where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment.

    • If there has been a pricing or product description error.

    • If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions

DELIVERY

​

  • As all of our artworks are made to order, there is a 3-4 week lead time from day of purchase to dispatch of your order. Where possible, we aim to deliver sooner than this and will keep you informed when your artwork has been dispatched. 

  • There may be an occasion where we have stock of the artwork meaning that there is no lead time and items will be dispatched within 72 hours.

  • ​Delivery will be made by DPD or Parcelforce.  You will be required to be in to receive the delivery and tracking will be available.  Parcels will be sent on a next day or 2 day service for large parcels.

  • Please note: once the first delivery attempt has been made to you the parcel is no longer the responsibility of Dahra and it is up to you to pick up the parcel or arrange an attempted delivery via the delivery carrier. For international shipments, any import tax due upon arrival in the destination country is at the customers expense and not Dahra.

RETURNS

​

  • Our products are made to order, so we only offer returns/refunds if the product is faulty or if the item arrives damaged or defective.  

  • To help you make your decision before ordering, Dahra is able to provide additional photographs, video or samples for you to get an idea of the final artwork if you cannot see it in real life.  

  • If you receive your order and believe the products to be faulty or damaged in any way, please get in touch, we can offer replacements or if you’d prefer a refund in this instance items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned artwork has been received by Dahra.

  • In the instance that an artwork is damaged in transit to you, Dahra will pay for the cost of postage back to Dahra.  For any artworks that have been damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made to you, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying delivery charges back to Dahra.

CANCELLATIONS

  • If you would like to cancel your order, the buyer must notify Dahra within 24hours of ordering and we will organise a refund of your purchase.

  • Cancellations outwith the 24 hour period will not be refunded as items are made to order and production may already be in progress.

ALUMINIUM ART CARE INSTRUCTIONS

​

  • Do not hang in direct sunlight or over a radiator

  • To hang the artwork, simply use two nails or screws fixed into wall

  • Do not use a wire or a rope to hang from a single point.

  • To dust the artwork, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth (microfiber for example)

  • Do not use glass cleaning products on the aluminium under any circumstances.  Instead of using a cleaning product, simply use a wet cloth lightly to wipe the surface if you need to clean mark.

  • Be careful not to put pressure on the surface when wiping.

  • Refunds will not be offered for any damage that happens any artwork purchased from Dahra, after the product has been delivered to your chosen destination.
